Moving around is quite easy if you keep the following in mind.

Menus
 

There is a main menu with buttons at the bottom of each page.   When you click on a main menu button, a secondary menu appears with the same title as the button. Right now you can read - INTRODUCTION - on both and the secondary menu shows |7|Guide|Why?|   Below the main menu you find links to other parts of the ForumEducation network.

Top bar

The top bar has an mp3-player for "music while you work" and an email button so that you can tell the world about this very special site.

Arrows
 

3	|3|	Takes you one step back.
7		Takes you back to where you started in the current (open) window.
9		Takes you all the way back to the preceding section (= active main menu button).
